OUR STORY

We built Endura becauseAustralia deserved better.

Memorial diamonds aren't new. The science has existed for two decades, and around the world, families have been turning ashes and hair into diamonds since the early 2000s. What's been missing — at least for Australians — is a company that actually lives here.

Until Endura, Australian families had two real options. Wait nine or ten months for a diamond made in Europe or America. Or send a loved one's ashes across the world, hope the parcel arrived, and wait some more. Both involved compromise. Both involved trust placed at a distance.

We saw a gap. And we built the company to fill it.

We didn't start Endura because we lost someone. We started Endura because we kept hearing the same story from people who had — and the story was harder than it needed to be.

Endura Diamond is Australia's memorial diamond service. We have a local team, a respected international lab partner, and a clear focus: do in three months what most companies take nine to deliver. Publish our pricing openly. Answer the phone.

This is our attempt to make a difficult thing gentler.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Two commitments we hold ourselves to.

1. We answer the phone.

When you call Endura, a real person answers — not a chatbot, not a queue, not a callback form. We've built the team and the systems to make that promise hold up.

2. We publish our prices.

No quote forms. No "contact us for pricing." Every option we offer has a published, GST-inclusive price you can see before you commit. If we can't be transparent about cost, we can't be trusted with anything more important.

Where we are

Headquartered in Melbourne. Working across Australia.

Our team is based in Melbourne. Our lab partner — among the most respected in the industry — handles diamond growth, cutting, and certification offshore. Every parcel is insured, both ways. Every step is photographed and logged. Nothing happens silently.
