A free Welcome Kit, posted anywhere in Australia. It contains a sealed collection tin, step-by-step instructions, a prepaid return satchel, and a direct line to our team.

There's no payment, no commitment, no follow-up. The kit is yours to keep until you're ready — whether that's next week or next year.

Week 1
When you're ready

Send us your material.

Following the instructions in the kit, you'll place a small amount of ashes, hair, or fur into the sealed collection tin. We need only what's required — about half a cup of ashes, or a small handful of hair or fur.

When ready, post it back using the prepaid Australia Post Express satchel included in your kit. Every parcel is tracked and insured. We'll email you within 24 hours of arrival.

Weeks 1–3
The science

We extract the carbon.

All living things contain carbon. Ashes, hair, and fur all hold it in concentrations high enough to make a diamond. Our partner lab isolates the carbon from your material using a process called pyrolysis — heating the material in an oxygen-free environment until only the carbon remains.

You'll receive a milestone email with photos once this step completes. Any unused material is set aside for return to you with your finished diamond.

Weeks 3–10
The growing

Your diamond grows.

The extracted carbon is placed in a growth chamber, where extreme heat and pressure replicate the conditions that form natural diamonds — only on a timescale of weeks rather than millennia. The carbon crystallises atom by atom into a real diamond.

Once grown, the rough diamond is cut and polished to your chosen size, colour, and cut, then independently certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI). You'll see photos at each milestone.

Weeks 10–12
The return

Returned to you, with care.

Your finished diamond is packaged in a presentation box made to last. Inside the box: the diamond itself, its IGI certificate, and any unused material returned in a sealed keepsake vessel. Nothing is retained.

Delivered to your door by tracked, insured Australia Post Express. From the moment we receive your material to the moment your diamond arrives: typically 10–12 weeks.
